JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Primary responsibilities include all
aspects of marketing, advertising, promotion, and client services.
Administration and upkeep of the Deltek marketing and proposal database
program. Writing, editing, designing, and printing for all proposals,
marketing campaigns, collateral materials, press releases,
advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials. Word processing,
graphic support and textual organization in the production of all
proposals for Engineering, Architectural, Surveying and Construction
Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent communication skills,
organizational ability, and creativity as well as methodical and logical
approach to proposal preparation tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously while maintaining all deadlines is a prerequisite.
Minimum 5 years in marketing and proposal writing experience with an
Engineering/Architectural firm preferred. Bachelor’s degree in
marketing, advertising, or related field a plus.
Position is temporary and 1 to 6
months long. Salary will be $18.00-20.00/hr.
