If you wants to register a team, and each player does not need to be individually invoiced, enter the main contact information including a billable email address.  Then in the comments box at the bottom enter the names of the players.  If each individual needs a separate invoice please fill out a form for each player.

There are two tournaments, running simultaneously this year. The first is the Best-Ball/Scramble Tournament.  Each player, no matter what his/her skill level can enjoy the game and networking.  NMFMN will arrange foursomes according to the ABCD player method, so that all the teams are even. The second is the Championship Tournament.  Arrange your own team and play for the championship trophy.  ALL TEAMS ARE EQUALLY ELIGIBLE IN THE FABULOUS DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS AFTER THE EVENT.

Please remember there are two simultaneous tournaments this year: Traditional Scramble Tournament with money prizes, and the Championship Tournament with a first place trophy.  Please indicate in the comments box whether you are playing a pre-arranged team in the Championship Division (and you still must register the individual names), or if you want to be networked into the Scramble Tournament.
